How To Make Fried Rice




  • 4 cups white or brown rice, previously cooked
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, plus 2 tbsp. additional sesame oil
  • Green onion for garnish
  • Shrimp, chicken, pork or tofu, already cooked (optional)
